Do you offer wine pairings or consultation?
Yes, we can provide anything from multiple course wine
pairings to an easy drinking bottle for a passed hors d’oeuvres party. In addition to our knowledge of
wines, we frequently work with a handful of professional sommeliers who have similar approaches and
food philosophies to ours.
How do you charge?
We operate on a per capita fee. Each fee per person is inclusive of ingredients,
labor, transportation, etc, with the exception of sales tax. There are no hidden charges with us.
Will you cater a dinner for one or two people?
Absolutely. We believe that catering should not just be
for special occasions or large events. In addition to our home cooked meals, we offer drop-off meals
as well. We have catered many dinners for one or two people and find it to be rewarding and fun to
interact with our clients so closely. These meals can double as classes too as we are thrilled to talk
about the food as we prepare it for you.
Do you offer a drop off option when a chef or waitstaff are not needed?
Yes, we have dishes and hors
d’oeuvres specifically designed to be dropped off and be eaten at a later time. As some dishes require
certain techniques to be finished, we cannot offer all of our items in this capacity. You can learn more

Do you offer family style dinner?
Yes, it’s our favorite way to eat with friends and family.
Where do you operate?
We operate in New York City and the tri-state area. Are you outside of the
tri-state area? Please inquire, we have done work outside this area before and are always happy to
consider other locations.
